Everything worked out great, we tested the various roller coasters and many other attractions, ate lots of sweet stuff, scanned the tickets at the entrance and off we went, Phantasialand is always worth a visit 👌

Firstly, this increased price of 2 172 € to 192 € and you can't complain about it. Secondly, after you have booked online, you will have an uncertain feeling for the correctness of the headout portal conveyed by the support team of phantasialand that this portal is not a safe and reliable provider. We lived under pressure for about 20 minutes and almost ordered new tickets. Impossible. Thank God then the QR codes came and were read. I'm still really angry inside about this experience. Inside the park is unfortunately no guide info cards. The visitor just has to make an effort to decipher the electronic board because they are displayed quickly. Too bad phantasialand is not like it used to be... I loved it back then and visited it very often with the children.

It was wonderful as always. More crowded than usual, but still well organized, friendly and relaxed. The waiting times were also kept within limits. Phantasialand is always a guarantee!

The type of games and that it is very well organized, I had never had any difficulty buying tickets online. If I did it through their website I always got the option that the tickets would be sent to my home address and that option did not work for me. I don't know why they don't have digital online purchase, which is always cheaper than buying directly at the park, and instead I had to do it through a website that charged me a commission. Far from saving money online, it was more expensive and I had to exchange the tickets. You end up paying more and waiting in line. Absurd!

We really enjoyed our day at Phantasialand, getting the tickets from Headout was simple, easy and we had no issues at all getting in and around the park. Would definitely recommend using the site to get tickets. Colin

The number of tickets for each opening day is limited and a visit to Phantasialand is only possible with an online ticket booked in advance.
Please note there are varied height restrictions for different rides.
Dress code: Admission is granted to Fantissima only if you are dressed appropriately stylish and well-groomed. The gentlemen, for example, wear jackets and neat trousers, the ladies, for example, in a dress or stylish blazer. Modern and chic shirts, blouses fine jackets, stylish jumpsuits, and the like are also welcome.
Entry will be denied to those wearing street & casual wear like shorts and open-toed shoes (for men), plaid shirts, T-shirts, flip flops, sweatpants, ripped jeans, and unkempt clothing.
