The instructions where to get the audio guide were not at all clear . We didn't know that we had to scan a code situated on a panel that was situated next to a grave that was so hard to find . We ask the guardian at the entrance where it could be and he had no idea . Come to find out that it was right in front of his box. We lost almost one hour for that then the audio was hard to understand . Other people had the same terrible experience !Claude

Hello, we have reserved (reservation number: 24903067 )a ticket at the rate of 15 euros for two for an audioguide visit to the cemetery. We never had access to this service during our visit on Sunday May 18, 2025. No map was available to help us find our way around the cemetery, so we didn't take full advantage of the place. Due to the absence of the audio-guides and the service booked, we would like an immediate refund. Thank you, Sincerely
These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
