    • Le Marais is one of Paris’ oldest neighborhoods, known for its family-run food shops, historic market, Jewish quarter, and multicultural food scene.

    • Start with a fresh butter croissant and homemade sourdough from a local bakery while learning about the family behind it.

    • Walk through Marché Couvert des Enfants Rouges, Paris’ oldest covered market, and see how global street food has shaped local tastes.

    • Visit a master chocolatier and sample chocolates or macarons crafted by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

    • Continue through the old Jewish quarter and stop at a family-run bakery for a warm pastrami sandwich.

    • Sit down at a classic French bistro for lunch-style tastings such as French onion soup or other traditional dishes.
