Wildlife sightings: Dolphin and whale sightings are common on this route, but they cannot be guaranteed because the animals move freely in the ocean.

Weather policy: The cruise may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather or sea conditions are unsafe. In such cases, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

Seasickness advice: If you are sensitive to motion at sea, consider taking motion-sickness medication before boarding and avoid heavy meals immediately before departure.

Dolphin encounter bookings: The Dolphin Encounter is not included with standard admission and must be booked separately on-site. Places are limited and subject to availability on the day.

Operational changes: Attractions may close temporarily due to maintenance or weather conditions. Such closures do not qualify for refunds.
