Very friendly staff. Despite the chaotic traffic, you can get to almost all the sights without any problems. However, the sockets for the headphones need to be replaced. Several worked poorly or not at all.

Plenty of space on the bus, commentary particularly the blue line was interesting. We took the first bus of each line and these were on time. In terms of negatives, I think the route misses out some really good sites that I saw the yellow line drive past e.g. cathedral, Quattro.

The truth is that they sell the service as a 24 hour service, it is clear that no one will take the bus at midnight, but the last departure is at 17:00 when the tours start at 10.00, let's say that there are 7 hours available and could start earlier and end later, otherwise everything was fine, although we almost did not enjoy the service, we could not even do the tour with the blue line, and the green line was not working, the green line helps a lot to access quickly to the center of the city. I traveled with my mother who could not walk too much and the truth is that we took little advantage of it.
