An unforgettable experience! I had accidentally booked the activity for the 23rd instead of the 24th. On the morning of the 23rd, the team contacted me, and after I explained my mistake, they were incredibly understanding and kindly offered to reschedule the activity for the next day. A big thank you to Simohamed, whom I spoke with on the phone, for his kindness and understanding. 🙏🏼 On the 24th, everything went perfectly. The driver was on time, very kind, and pleasant, both on the way there and on the way back. But above all, I want to thank our guide, Yousef, with whom we spent the entire day. He was incredibly kind, very helpful, welcoming, and always thoughtful. He showed us some absolutely stunning places and took beautiful photos of us to capture the day. 📸❤️ The location was magnificent, and the entire tour was perfectly organized. We had an exceptional day, filled with beautiful scenery, new discoveries, and wonderful memories. A huge thank you to the whole team: Yousef, the minibus driver, and especially our guide for this wonderful day. Your kindness and professionalism made this experience even more special. All the experience was perfect and pre-booked everything in advance (hotel pick-up and drop off, lunch, boat ride) and had no trouble at all.... Our guide Karim was excellent... Only downside was the communication about the pick up was made the previous day late in the evening.

I had an amazing experience visiting the Ouzoud Waterfalls. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning waterfalls, beautiful walking trails, and incredible viewpoints. It was a perfect opportunity to enjoy nature and discover one of Morocco’s most impressive natural attractions. A special thanks to our guide, Ejlaydy Mouhsine, who made the trip even more enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. He took the time to explain interesting facts, answered all our questions, and ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. We appreciated driver Kamal’s kindness and punctuality. The hike to see the waterfall was really nice. You’ll want to wear sneakers, preferably, because the way back down is rocky. We enjoyed the high-quality meal by the river. The lemon chicken tagine was delicious. You only need to pay for the drinks. The visit to the argan cooperative was also enjoyable, featuring a tasting of Moroccan mint green tea. We received explanations about the different oils and their benefits. We recommend this excursion—it offers great value for the price.
