The Schindler Factory Tour was a highlight of our city trip to Krakow. Above all, high praise to the tour guide for his detailed and informative explanations. He was very knowledgeable and had a wealth of background information. We were a bit skeptical about whether the tour would really go smoothly. Due to high demand, we had booked online very early and were only able to secure a time slot in English. After paying online, we did receive a booking confirmation with a "View Tickets" button, but nothing happened in the app. When we checked in at the ticket counter, we were brusquely turned away with the message "Third-party provider—please wait outside." But we were listed on the guide’s roster, so everything turned out fine!

This was an amazing tour conducted by English speaking Bart. He was amazing! The history knowledge explained throughout the museum tour and Jewish ghetto tour was no less than amazing! I highly recommend booking this tour! My recommendations are don't just book a standard ticket when visiting, you HAVE TO HAVE an English speaking tour guide (or alternative languages) as they bring the museum alive! We are still talking about it now! Thank you so much!

Superb Guide, sensitive but very direct about the story of Krakow in the period leading up to and during WWII. The tour was conducted at an appropriate pace, we felt we had learnt the story without needing to stop and read everything along the route. Her personal family touches completed the story perfectly.

Bartek was our tour guide, and he gave us a knowledgeable and informative tour of the Schindler Museum. The museum’s layout, designed as a journey through time, is fantastic. Afterward, we took a tour of the ghetto. This part fell short of the museum experience, as there weren’t many artifacts on display. But 👍

The guide was amazing! She explained so many things to us with great respect, warmth, and enthusiasm, really bringing all those stories to life. The factory is beautifully decorated, making for an enjoyable, fascinating, and comprehensive tour. It’s a must-see if you’re visiting Kraków.

The tour was made so much better by our guide Mikel. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. The tour itself is a must & tells the history of the occupation and of Schindler himself, more than worth it.
    • Take a guided tour of Schindler’s Factory and Krakow’s Jewish Ghetto, led by an expert local guide in your chosen language (English, French, Spanish, or German).

    • Get priority entry to Schindler’s Factory, and listen to stories of Oskar Schindler’s legacy and the real events that inspired “Schindler’s List.”

    • Walk through Podgórze’s historic streets and discover moving memorials like the 68 Empty Chairs in Heroes’ Square.

    • Explore the pharmacy “Under the Eagle,” a key site for Krakow’s wartime Jewish community. Spot the still-standing part of a wall that survived destruction of WW2 damage.

    • Your guide plays a key role in demonstrating the connection between Jewish life at the factory and the Ghetto, and how the community's personal and professional lives were at stake under Nazi occupation.

    • To understand the full gamut of Jewish experience, upgrade for a walking tour of Kazimierz district, the 'rich' quarter of the Jews before they were displaced to the Ghetto under Nazi occupation.

Michel our guide was very knowleable and put over the information in an interesting way that held our attention for 2.5 hrs. The tour was more about the Nazi regime in Krakow, and had less about the factory than I expected, but put that period of time in context. I learned a lot. My only grumble is the pre-tour admin - more precise information needed about the meet-up (name and photo of guide, exact location, don't join queue, etc. would have helped) - the Museum staff didn't recognise our ticket and told us to join queue. It was stress that could have been avoided with clearer, precise information.

Did not go on visit. I am disabled and having stood in the queue to get in to the museum started to have problemsxwith my ability to stand for a long time unaided. Memberscof the queue helped me into the museum but I was asked by the lady on the door to prove I was disabled. As a visitor I was unaware that in poland disabled people needed a certificate of proof of disability so fid not have one. I was told to go back to the queue. I therefore left. I feel I was discriminated against as a disabled person.
