Alicia was the guide for our group. She was excellent - knowledgeable, passionate about the subject and a charming person. The tour through the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) was fascinating and I'm glad to have been here before going to Schindler's factory/museum which gave you an clearer understanding of how the horror unfolded. If I had more time I would have gone back to the museum again as there was so much to see and obviously Alicja had to keep our group moving. A worthwhile if heartbreaking experience that I would definitely recommend.Yolanda
