Great view out if the building! The city looks endless, despite how high your looking at it. It is also safe for people with fear of heights as there is plenty of space, so you don't feel like "standing on the edge". I definitely recommend it!

Completely by chance, while I was in Osaka, I found out about this place, Harukas 300. And I knew right away that I had to visit it...It amazed and captivated me—the incredible view from the top is indescribable. I recommend it to everyone; you have to see it.

An exciting ride to the 60 th floor. Even with some wet weather we could see most of the sites of interest and loved the high tech screens on each corner. Finishing with a wonder thru the souvenir store and meeting mascot Abenobea was a treat and mt new grand childrenwill love the gifts. And finally a local beer at bar and outdoor seating on 58. Oh and best loo with a view

The experience at the Harukas 300 Observatory began the moment I stepped into the high-speed elevator heading to the observation deck on the 16th floor. The lighting and music really lifted my spirits. I was thoroughly satisfied with the panoramic view of Osaka from the 60th floor, the nightscape event, and the delicious and cute ice cream. Free for children aged 0-3

Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The validity of a ticket is 60 days after purchase.

Children and youths aged 4-17 can purchase discounted tickets. It can be purchased on-site at the ticket office.

Operating hours are 9am - 10pm daily (the last entry is at 9:30pm).

Osaka Expo:

Osaka Expo 2025 ticket is valid for a single entry on your selected date.

Get the 10-digit alphanumeric ticket ID on your Headout voucher once you download the ticket.

Log in or sign up for a free Expo ID here.

Once logged in, navigate to ‘Additional Ticket Registration’ and enter your Headout ticket ID(s). If you have multiple tickets, you can register up to 10 per account.

Choose your preferred date and time slot on the Expo website to generate a QR code. Save or print this code for entry.

Reserve spots for pavilions and events in advance via the Expo website or app. For groups, you can book slots together to visit at the same time. If you miss pre-booking, you can use the on-site kiosks for last-minute reservations.
