PLEASE, IN THIS ERA, IN 2025, THE LANGUAGES OF THE AUDIO GUIDE SHOULD INCLUDE TURKISH AND EVEN ALL LANGUAGES. We had to stand in a small line for admission, but nothing prohibitive. The audio guide gave us an organized tour, providing information about the main works in the museum.

With Headout, we skipped the line and could enter the museum immediately, saving time and avoiding the cold. Very punctual in notifications, sending tickets and communication. The only unpleasant thing, I couldn't understand why my daughter under 25 and a student, had to pay for admission.

Having to pay 50 Euros extra for a 5' delay is borderline rip-off, because it's not true to say that the tickets are nominative. The group was still there when we arrived. We could very well have joined it. What's more, the cruise tickets were old - one dated 2023 and the other October 2024. A rather disappointing experience in the end, only the guide (Mo) raised the level.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as there is going to be a fair share of walking.
Please note that printed tickets are required to enter the venue.
The visit routes will be signposted, with no possible backtracking to avoid crossing flows. Additionally, re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Orsay Museum

Cloakrooms are available to visitors free of charge. Coats, small bags and other items can be dropped off for a deposit.
Hand luggage size is permitted, but valuables will not be accepted.
Note that entry is free on the first Sunday of every month.

Please make sure to join the yellow queue - this is meant for visitors with fixed-entry online tickets. Look out for the “avec billets” ("with tickets") sign. After a brief security check, you will be able to enter the Louvre Museum.
