We recently visited the Combo: Oceanogràfic + Science Museum, and it was a fantastic experience. We especially enjoyed the Oceanogràfic, which was both impressive and engaging from start to finish. Our 8-year-old children absolutely loved it and were fascinated by the wide variety of marine life and exhibits. As parents, we enjoyed it just as much. The facilities were well organized, the exhibits were interesting, and there was plenty to see throughout the visit. At the end the dolphin show was excellent. Overall, it was a memorable family day out and we would highly recommend it to families with children. The Oceanogràfic was definitely the highlight of our visit.

The city is incredibly family-friendly and perfect for kids of all ages. We had a blast exploring the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, and the Oceanogràfic aquarium completely blew the children away. The beaches are spacious and clean, and the food—especially the authentic paella—was delicious. There’s a perfect mix of culture, relaxation, and fun. We highly recommend Valencia for an unforgettable family getaway!

It was a truly great experience and well worth the money. We were able to see a wide range of sea creatures from sharks to sea lions. Despite not speaking spanish we were still able to get around easy enough. A key highlight of our time there was the dolphin show which was truly spectacular and very entertaining. This was definitely a highlight of our trip and we would recommend it to anyone who visits the city.

🦈 Five stars and a beluga judging me: An amazing experience! If you think the Oceanogràfic is just a place to watch fish swim while you munch on a soggy sandwich, you’re way off. This place is a riot of wonder, spatial architecture, and, above all, a lesson in humility taught by marine creatures far more photogenic than I am. Here are the two main reasons why I left my heart (and a fair bit of my smartphone’s memory) in Valencia: 1. The Belugas: The true “influencers” of the ocean 🐋 Guys, let’s talk about this. I went to see the belugas and realized what ordinary mortals feel when they lock eyes with a supermodel. These white giants don’t just swim: they look you in the eye with an air of aristocratic superiority that makes you want to apologize for simply existing. One of them swam up to the glass, did a half-pirouette, and stared at me as if to say, “Did you really dress like that just to come see me?” I was mesmerized. They have an overwhelming elegance and charm. I wanted to adopt one, but unfortunately it wouldn’t fit in the hotel bathtub. 2. The Shark Tunnel: Anxiety and adrenaline at sky-high levels 🦈 Then there’s the shark tunnel. You walk underneath while these submarines of flesh and teeth whiz past just a few centimeters from your head. The sensation is a wonderful mix of “Oh my God, what a spectacle of nature!” and “If the glass cracks right now, I’ll end up on the daily menu.” The flat sharks (the ones that look like they have a constantly angry face on the underside of their bellies) will swim right over you, giving you looks of pure contempt. It’s simply fascinating. You feel tiny, vulnerable, but incredibly pumped. 💡 My final verdict A beautiful, massive facility (wear comfortable shoes—don’t try to look cool in sandals), and a total immersion that will make you feel a bit like Aquaman and a bit like National Geographic. Rating: 10/10. I’d go back tomorrow, if only to make peace with the beluga. If you go to Valencia, the Oceanogràfic isn’t an option—it’s a moral obligation! PS: The science museum?? What can I say...you could spend a week in there!!! Absolutely amazing🤩🤩

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Reinapart Patacona Beach 46! We absolutely loved our stay at Reinapart Patacona Beach 46 and cannot recommend it highly enough! The apartment is perfectly located on Patacona Beach, one of the most prestigious and beautiful areas of Valencia. It offers a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and the apartment was spotless, stylish, and very well maintained. We were especially impressed by all the thoughtful extras provided by the hosts. Beach umbrellas, chairs, and even sand toys for the kids were available, making our beach days effortless and enjoyable. These small touches made a big difference and showed how much care has gone into creating a great guest experience. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the apartment is conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from the Oceanogràfic, making it an ideal base for exploring Valencia with family. A huge thank you for everything! We felt truly at home and created wonderful memories during our stay. We would happily recommend Rein Apart Patacona Beach 46 to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway in Valencia.

We arrived early in the morning, just before opening time. We waited a little while for a couple of friends and their kids, and then we went in. Despite the long line, we got in very quickly, so the entrance process is extremely well-organized. There’s no set order for visiting the different areas, which gives you the freedom to explore the park however you like! The dolphin show is truly thrilling, and if you’re lucky, you might even win the chance to join the trainers on stage. :) The entire park is spectacular, and the variety of flora and fauna is immense. We were particularly impressed by the belugas, who seem to enjoy having their pictures taken and taking selfies. :) An absolute must-try—a fantastic experience for young and old alike.

Well-deserved 5 stars. I thought the Oceanogràfic would be interesting mainly for kids, but I changed my mind. The shark tunnel was the highlight for me, and we ended up spending more time than planned looking at some of the tanks. The Science Museum also surprised us: there are so many interactive activities that make the visit engaging, rather than being the typical museum where you just look around. With the combo ticket, we were able to visit both attractions on the same day without any problems. My advice is to arrive early and wear comfortable shoes, because there’s really so much to see. If you visit Valencia, in my opinion, this is one of the experiences most worth your time.
