We really enjoyed our guide, Coline, who knows the history of Notre-Dame de Paris inside and out and shared it with us in a very pleasant way. Here’s a little anecdote: we told her the story of the Fort de la Repentance on the island of Porquerolles, which was restored by an Orthodox priest. We think she really enjoyed that moment. Please keep this lovely guide with you—she taught us so much. Thank you.

The best part was Yuri, the guide. He was very friendly, attentive, and professional despite the terrible heat and the fact that he wasn't feeling well. We'd definitely take another tour with him. The worst part was the misleading advertising for the tour. We booked it because we were supposed to get priority access without waiting in line at Notre Dame, but in the end we had to wait in line just like everyone else. An intolerable fiasco. You are not a reliable company. We won’t be doing any activities with Headout again.
