CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The best part was Yuri, the guide. He was very friendly, attentive, and professional despite the terrible heat and the fact that he wasn't feeling well. We'd definitely take another tour with him. The worst part was the misleading advertising for the tour. We booked it because we were supposed to get priority access without waiting in line at Notre Dame, but in the end we had to wait in line just like everyone else. An intolerable fiasco. You are not a reliable company. We won’t be doing any activities with Headout again.PPaul F
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5Our guide’s accuracy, her extensive knowledge of the cathedral—including unexpected details—her energy, her kindness, and her constant attentiveness to our questions, which she answered very thoughtfully. An excellent guide we hope to keep for a long time to comeNNatalia M
GroupVerified bookingYesterday4/5I found the tour interesting; providing historical and cultural context is important when appreciating the places we visit. The guide was very open to discussion. We learned a lot and enjoyed the experience.DDietel S
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Melvin made history alive, interesting facts outside of Notre Dame. Do not expect to see the church from inside, you are told history facts outside and the are led to the ticket queue. But for the 5€ Price really okJJohn P
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Emma was a great tour guide—very clear and pleasant—and, through her passion, she was able to share the secrets of Notre Dame de Paris with us. I highly recommend her.
