Tour guide did not turn up. We waited almost 30 minutes and no one came. Tour guide told us to be there 15 minutes before your started which we were. Head out have not been at all helpful and won't refund the money. We have lost $300. Do not go with this company,

There were only four of us, and everything went very smoothly—from the meeting point to getting in line (the guide made sure we got in quickly!) all the way through the tour. Mathis was very nice and shared lots of interesting background information with us; I would definitely recommend this tour!! Thanks to our wonderful guide, Mathis!

Crystal was pleasant and very informative. She is highly educated and knows the history of reglion and Notre Dame. She had pictures of the fire on her phone and could explain what happened and how they stopped the fire. She was an excellent guide and we highly recommend this package.

When the people sorted the different nationalities out we were in a party of six and our guide was fantastic. If we had been on our own we would never had taken in all the historic significances. Both past and near to date. It made our visit to Paris very special.

The only real value in the tour is our groups line get in within 15 minutes of lining up. We followed the masses around the perimeter within the cathedral but were moved along frequently which made it difficult for the guide to speak to our little group.
