I went with my dad for his bday, and wow, what a DAY. Our guide (Emma) really knew her stuff, like, she could point out a random bunker and tell you a wild story about it. Felt a bit rushed at Pointe du Hoc but honestly, we still got time for photos and just standing there... kinda overwhelming to be where so much happened. Lunch was yum—local cheese I can't pronounce, cider you gotta try. The van was suuuper comfy, but bring snacks if you’re like me and get hangry! Worth it x100.

Long day but totally fascinating. Weather was kind of grey in the morning but cleared up by the beaches, which was coool for pictures. Our guide, Pierre, had so many little stories I never heard before, and he even showed us some old bullet holes in a wall (that was wild). The cider tasting was a nice touch—I'm not a big drinker but my wife loved it. Only thing, wish we had five more mins at the cemetery, felt a bit short. Still, learned a TON.

Took my teen son and he actually stayed off his phone the whole day. That's how interesting it was! Our guide (shoutout to Mia!) made the history real—she even brought old photos to compare with today. The van had USB chargers (yes!) and the seats were plush. Weather was warm, so bring sunscreen. The lunch spot was quaint and not touristy, and the cider was sooo good. Definitely recommend, especially for families.

I’m not big on tours usually but this one? LOVED IT. The guide (Alex) was super chill and answered all my random questions. The American cemetery honestly made me tear up. Got some great photos at Pointe du Hoc (can’t take pics inside the museum tho, FYI). The lunch was a surprise—homey and not touristy at all. Bonus: they had veggie options! Would go again with my mum.

Hands down, one of the best days of our trip. The stories, the views, the cider—EPIC! Our guide, Luc, even played WWII-era songs in the van, which was such a cool touch. We traveled with two other couples and everyone got along. Was a little crowded at the cemetery, but we still got to see everything. Bring a water bottle, there’s not always a place to refill.

Went solo and ended up chatting with everyone in the group by the end of the day. Jean (our guide) made sure we had time for questions at every stop, which was great. Cider tasting was so much fun—the owner is hilarious. Don’t skip the museum, even if you’re tired. Bring a small umbrella just in case, Normandy weather is unpredictable.
  • Pointe du Hoc

Take a walk through historical World War II sites on this tour. Meet your driver-guide, and get started on your journey to the beaches of Normandy in a comfortable air-conditioned minibus. Your first stop is at La Pointe du Hoc, a promontory with 100-foot high cliffs overlooking the English Channel, where 225 United States Rangers landed on the morning of June 6, 1944. Even though it was strongly fortified with concrete casemates and gun pits by the German army, the US army captured it by scaling the cliffs. Your guide will give you some time here to soak in the somber vibes of this location.

Omaha Beach & Colleville sur Mer American Cemetery

You’ll then drive to Omaha Beach where the most difficult and impressive attack happened. It’s called “Bloody Omaha” by WWII veterans because in a matter of hours almost 2,500 men lost their lives on this beach. Despite being pinned down by heavy artillery, the surviving soldiers fought with bravery and ingenuity to overcome the enemy.

Next, visit the Colleville sur Mer American Cemetery which overlooks Omaha Beach. The site contains over 9,000 perfectly aligned white crosses and a memorial chapel, dedicated to American troops who died in Europe during World War II. Spend some time in this moving space, reflecting on the price of war. Afterward, calm your emotions in a charming and friendly setting with a 3-course lunch (optional).

    Juno Beach

Using detailed maps and pictures your guide will explain how the landings unfolded at Juno Beach. You’ll even see the famous “Canada House” said to be the first house liberated by the Allied Troops on D-Day.
