Valentinsdag i Budapest

Really glad we booked to come here, the bath experience was great. It was quite busy and certain pools we avoided because there were some quite loud groups which disturbed the relaxation element. You could buy food and drink whilst in there which again didn't feel too expensive. I booked tickets a few months ahead of time to avoid missing out but then was disappointed to see the tickets listed at a significantly cheaper rate on the day we attended. I wouldn't have minded if they were just on sale but the price shown pre-sale was still much less than I had purchased our tickets at which felt quite unfair. All in all, I would come back but I'd be a bit more savy about where I bought my tickets and for how much.

from the entrance to the interior it was all about discovering a place of rest and rejuvenation. the exterior pools were delightful to look at and also immerse onself in. The interior takes us back in time with all the tiling and architecture. Leisurely going from pool to pool and steam room made for an excellent experience. Sitting in the pools makes you feel you have transcended time and history of previous times and peoples of history. we were thouroughly impressed by the cleaness and hygeine. Well Done and our bodies were impressed as we went on our way to catch a train into the city.

En ekte oase for avslapning, mindre turistpreget og virkelig forfriskende! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Jeg elsket den autentiske og retro-stemningen på Lukács-badene. I motsetning til andre, mer overfylte og kaotiske badekomplekser i byen, kan man her oppleve ekte ungarsk tradisjon og møte mange lokale. Både innendørs- og utendørsbassengene tilbyr et fantastisk utvalg av temperaturer, ideelt for å slappe av musklene etter å ha gått hele dagen i Buda og Pest. Saunaområdet og dampbadet er også utmerket. Pris-kvalitetsforholdet er uovertruffent sammenlignet med gjennomsnittet i Budapest. Et rent og avslappende sted, og sterkt anbefalt for de som søker ekte velvære uten kommersielle påfunn!

Vi likte turen veldig godt; den hjalp oss med å få et inntrykk av byen og dens historie. Vandreturen i sentrum var spesielt spennende. Guiden, Claudia, var veldig vittig og morsom. Jeg vil absolutt anbefale dere til vennene mine.
