The Lion King Musical was engaging from start to finish! The amazing costumes captivated us as the performers walked through the audience and arrived on stage. The actors were so talented and the story and subtle comedy throughout kept the audience so engaged. I went with my family members aged from 13 to 67 and we all loved it. The booking process was very easy . We love to support the Arts and the Performance Industry when we can and to introduce your teenage grandchildren to this very important industry was a privilege. The fact that they enjoyed it was so rewarding. Well done to all concerned!!

The Lion King Musical was fantastic, the puppertry movements of the animals brought them to life, the puppeteers, actors and singers were skilled artists, the music was amazing and the costumes were next level. The audience felt part of the show with the performance extending to the aisles during multiple scenes. The story telling also included occassional humour with current times and sayings. I loved, loved, loved this show.

The capitol theatre itself is amazing but seeing The Lion King was next level. The costumes and puppetry were incredible and the small additional to a beloved story were welcome. The entire show was an absolute delight to attend and I'm glad we did before it leaves Sydney.

I have wanted to see this for years but no matter what city it was in, I would always ended up missing it! However, it was everything and more, funny, uplifting, sad and spectacular! After all these years as a Disney and musical fan, this was more then I had imagined.

Coming from South Africa, watching the Lion king helped us reconnect and experience Africa. The costumes, the stage background and performance was incredible and beyoung our expectations. My family and I had an unforgettable experience. It is a must see show!

Handlingen

Simba er en ung løveprins som lever i Pridelands. Han elsker sin far Mufasa og er svært eventyrlysten, og ser bort fra sine forpliktelser som fremtidig konge. Da onkel Scar prøver å ta kongeriket fra ham, flykter Simba og lever hos Timon og Pumbaa. Til slutt innser han at han må ta ansvar og, med hjelp fra vennene sine, oppfylle sin skjebne som konge.
