Vi likte virkelig showet MJ, flotte artister, flott musikk, et vakkert show! Når det gjelder billettopplevelsen, må jeg si at jeg ble overrasket over de skjulte avgiftene. Et beløp som ikke er tydelig annonsert før du betaler på nettsiden. Dette var ikke rettferdig i følge meg.

Det var en flott forestilling! Billettservice var også flott. Vi er fra Nederland, og det var fint å vite at vi hadde billetter i lomma før vi kom.

MJ-showet var fantastisk, og det var gode plasser også. Opplevelsen ble ødelagt av at jeg ikke mottok billettene før 2 timer før showet startet. Kundeservice fortsatte å si at billettene ville være hos meg innen en dag / 12 timer / 30 minutter / 15 minutter osv, og de kom ikke gjennom før rett før showet, noe som forårsaket mye stress og angst. Jeg måtte kontakte kundeservice fire ganger for å få tak i billettene.
