Na het online bestellen van onze tickets werden we gecontacteerd door een persoon die zei dat mijn tickets niet geldig zouden zijn tenzij ik contact met hem opnam. Zonder enige bevestiging van de officiële site, nam ik aan dat hij ons probeerde op te lichten. Hij was meedogenloos in zijn contactopname: bellen, sms'en, What's App, enz. Hij hield vol dat we een QR-code nodig hadden om toegang te krijgen tot de tour. Dat was niet waar en het is nog steeds niet duidelijk waarom hij probeerde een tussenpersoon te zijn in het proces. Toen we hem uiteindelijk ontmoetten, was hij koud en onbeleefd. Hij moet een deel van het proces hebben gekregen.

This company charged a lot more that the real ticket cost. They do nor provide a real ticket not choose to give it in person instead. This means that if the customer does not have wifi that client has issues with getting the physical ticket. Still there is a misunderstanding because the person handing the ticket does not even come in the meeting point of all customers to hand in the ticket! Totally bad and 6 euro more expensive ticket!

Vous faites payer plus de 2 fois plus cher,un billet que j'aurai pu acheter sans faire la queue , avec une réduction senior juste en leur téléphonant la veille D'autre part,je n'ai pas aimé avoir été prévenue 3 heures avant le début du tour qu'il était retardé d'une heure

Once you reach the Ceausescu Mansion, you will meet your guide for the day. Skip the long lines outside and enter the building with your fast-track tickets. Follow your guide through Nicolae Ceausescu's private office, the chess room, and the bedrooms. Everything is kept in place so you will see closets lined with fur coats that once belonged to Elena Ceausescu, or the dictator's pyjamas folded and placed on his bed. Walk past the family dining room and relaxation table, and learn about how the dictator lived a lavish life back then.

Make your way to the greenhouse, where the recreated tropical climate allowed for exotic fruits like bananas and pineapples to grow. Fun fact: Ceausescu was a fan of exotic birds too, which is why the garden was populated by peacocks. Last but not the least, head over to the indoor pool, which is decorated entirely in blue mosaic and has themes which are reminiscent of those from Ancient Rome. See all of this glamor in one house that was far away from people's eyes. This was where a dictator's family was living a lavish life, as the rest of the population were starving.
