We waardeerden de snelheid waarmee we in de trein stapten. We hadden echter 4 tickets en uiteindelijk waren het er maar 3, omdat mijn man die ochtend ziek werd en niet kon komen. Ik zei dit tegen de conducteur, maar hij reageerde niet! Ik denk dat een gebaar van uw kant goede publiciteit zou zijn geweest en blijk zou hebben gegeven van uw hoffelijkheid, want deze gebeurtenis lag buiten onze macht en het spijt me zeer. was buiten onze controle en het spijt me dat we dit geld hebben verloren.
