Venice Shuttle is a fast shared-boat service from Marco Polo Airport to Venice centre and vice versa. With this service, you will reach your hotel comfortably and quickly overlooking splendid views en-route; all while avoiding the overcrowded public transport at a convenient fare. Here's what to expect:

Shuttle from Airport

• Look for desk n.71 in the arrival hall present to the left side of the exit and flash your mobile voucher to our executives behind the desk.
• After getting a physical ticket in hand, embark on a quick 10-minute walk from the arrival hall to the water pier and hop onto the water taxi.
• You may be sharing the taxi with others and will be transferred directly or with a couple of stops to your hotel’s nearest mooring point.
• Once onshore, you can reach your hotel easily with the help of a detailed map handed over by us.

Shuttle to Airport

• One day prior to the departure, you will receive a written pick-up/meeting detail note as a confirmation of your transfer. This will be delivered to your hotel room.
• On the day of travel, do reach the harbour 10 minutes prior to departure.
• Once again, you may be sharing your boat with others and will be transferred directly or with stops to the airport.
