Transfer/rit was helemaal prima, maar ik vond het vervelend dat ik een app moest downloaden om mijn ticket op te halen. Kijk alsjeblieft of je je processen kunt aanpassen zodat je gewoon een ticket naar de klant kunt e-mailen in plaats van een app nodig te hebben. De app moet optioneel zijn.

De bus was op tijd, reed efficiënt ondanks het verkeer in Melbourne en de chauffeur reed veilig zonder hard te accelereren en te remmen, wat vaak kenmerkend is voor het rijden in druk stadsverkeer. Het personeel was behulpzaam en de bus was schoon van binnen en van buiten.
