Als gehandicapte grootouder vond ik de locatie slecht voorbereid op bezoekers met toegankelijkheidsproblemen. Er stond geen informatie op de borden die aangaven dat gehandicapten moesten parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het hotel. De Giraffe-parkeerplaats, waar de borden ons heenwezen, was een nachtmerrie voor iemand met wervelkolomstenose/scoliose. De ongelijke ondergrond veroorzaakte aanzienlijke pijn en we stonden op het punt om het bezoek af te breken toen we een vuilnisman zagen, die ons eerlijk gezegd goede aanwijzingen gaf naar de parkeerzone van het hotel. Voor iemand die Disney World, Universal en Disneyland Parijs verschillende keren heeft bezocht, was het bezoek teleurstellend. Onze kleindochter was blij, dus dat was het belangrijkste. Verdict - kan beter. Verhelp de tekortkomingen op het gebied van toegankelijkheid en de plaats heeft een goede "Sparkle" nodig.

Chessington World of Adventures - Een leuk dagje uit voor het hele gezin! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Chessington World of Adventures! Het park biedt de perfecte mix van spannende attracties, ontmoetingen met dieren en gezinsvriendelijke attracties. De achtbanen Dragon's Fury en Vampire waren grote hits bij de oudere kinderen, terwijl de Gruffalo River Ride en Zufari: Ride into Africa waren fantastisch voor de kleintjes. De dierentuin en het zeedierenpark waren goed onderhouden en we vonden het geweldig om de tijgers, gorilla's en pinguïns van dichtbij te zien. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat de ervaring nog leuker maakte. Het enige minpuntje was dat sommige wachtrijen wat lang waren, maar de FastTrack opties zijn het overwegen waard als je je tijd wilt maximaliseren. Eén suggestie voor verbetering: het zou fantastisch zijn om de zomersluitingstijden te verlengen tot 20:00 uur! Meer tijd in de avond zou gezinnen de kans geven om van het park te genieten met kortere wachtrijen en koeler weer, waardoor het bezoek nog aangenamer wordt. Ondanks enkele wachtrijen tijdens de piekuren hielpen de FastTrack-opties en over het algemeen kreeg je veel waar voor je geld. Een must-visit voor gezinnen - we komen zeker terug! 🎢🐯🌞
