What to bring

• Have your passport ready for a seamless experience. European citizens can also enter with their national ID.

Accessibility

• The venue is wheelchair accessible.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind that food, beverages, and bags are not allowed.

• Unauthorized filming and selfie sticks are not allowed.

• Heads-up: Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue. You’ll need to pay again to get back in, so hang on to your ticket until the event wraps up.

Additional information

• Facilities: Bar, restroom, dining.

• Dress right: Swimwear, sportswear, tracksuits, running shoes, shorts, beach sandals, flip-flops, or vests are a no-go. Skip team merch or anything offensive. Think smart casual—or turn up the glam if that’s your vibe. You can be denied entry if you don’t follow the dress code.

• The last entry to Pacha is at 5am, or one hour before closing.

• You must be aged 18 or older to enter the club. The restaurant is open to all ages until midnight.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
