Meet your English-speaking guide at the designated meeting point on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls. After check-in, your guide will assist with entry arrangements and lead your group to the Maid of the Mist boarding area. Depending on the option selected, hotel transportation within Niagara Falls, USA may also be included. The guided component serves as an added enhancement to your visit, while the highlight of the experience is the iconic Maid of the Mist boat ride.

What to bring

Weather-ready clothing: The falls generate plenty of mist, so consider bringing a waterproof layer, light jacket, or spare clothes. A complimentary poncho is included, but you may still get a little wet during your visit.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access: Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Stroller access: Prams and strollers are permitted; however, they must be left in the designated area before boarding the boat.

Service animals: Guide dogs and other service animals are welcome to accompany guests throughout the experience.

Additional information

Seasonal availability: The Maid of the Mist operates on a seasonal schedule, generally running from May to November.

Off-season replacement: If the boat ride is unavailable during the winter months, admission to Cave of the Winds will be provided instead.

Location: The entire experience takes place on the US side of Niagara Falls and does not include entry into Canada.

Alternative attractions: On select small-group tours, winter substitutions may include Niagara Power Vista or Niagara Legends of Adventure when Maid of the Mist is not in operation.
