We had a wonderful experience on the tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to assist with pictures, give us some history including pictures of some of the historical events. We had plenty of time for our pictures without feeling rushed. The boat ride was an experience of a lifetime. Being that close to the falls, you could feel the power of the water. The provided rain ponchos help keep you dry but we still got wet. I would highly recommend this tour if you only have a little time to spend.

Our tour and boat ride were awesome!! Billy, our tour guide had a great sense of humor and shared interesting historical tidbits. The boat ride itself was phenomenal. I booked it thinking it should be good, but wow was I glad that I did, it was so beautiful and exciting to see the falls right up close on the lake. Highly recommend doing this, I just with we had also booked the cave tour and trolley thing too, if the rest of this is anytime to go by I'm sure that would have been awesome too!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the local history and sharing interesting tidbits that gave the tour that personal experience I enjoy. Love, love, love the Maid of the Mist! We got wet, laughed, took phenomenal pictures and made lasting memories. I would highly recommend Over the Mist tours!

    We're at the most wonderful day at the Niagara Falls. The weather was great. The sites were incredible. There was no long waiting for the ship. The tour on the boat was a highlight. almost everything was perfect and in just a few days we will have forgotten that we would have wished for a better guide. At one point, Ricky mentioned that he never took part in any kind of tour himselves.. Well, perhaps he should do it Perhaps it would broaden his horizon.

    Maid of the Mist was an amazing experience. The power and majesty of the fall are breathtaking. The guide was knowledgeable but the negative tone of his narrative was depressing, you can tell unfortunate stories without infiltrating every word. His inability to speak without closing his eyes conveys he knows the script well but is not interested in the response of his audience, to interact or clarify any questions they may have.

    Our tour guide leading up to the boat ride on the Maid of the Mist Jacob was hilarious and made the entire experience from beginning to end priceless. The Maid of the Mist didn't disappoint. When in Niagara Falls USA side you must do this activity and request for Jacob with Regional tours. He brings the lights, camera action to the experience. GRIC D5 elders from Arizona had a blast and have memories to share with generations.

    • This tour takes place entirely on the US side and does not include crossing the bridge into Canada.
