Jacob, our tour guide, was incredibly funny. Even though it was cold outside, he managed to make us feel warm and welcomed. He shared some fun facts about Niagara Falls that we didn't know before. The whole experience was seamless and absolutely worth it. We had a fantastic time!

We had a wonderful experience on the tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to assist with pictures, give us some history including pictures of some of the historical events. We had plenty of time for our pictures without feeling rushed. The boat ride was an experience of a lifetime. Being that close to the falls, you could feel the power of the water. The provided rain ponchos help keep you dry but we still got wet. I would highly recommend this tour if you only have a little time to spend.

Over the Mist walking tour and Maid of the Mist boat tour was AMAZING! From the initial booking to the actual tour was simply, easy and efficient. Our tour guide Carl, was just the best! He was extremely knowledgeable about the local history and sharing interesting tidbits that gave the tour that personal experience I enjoy. Love, love, love the Maid of the Mist! We got wet, laughed, took phenomenal pictures and made lasting memories. I would highly recommend Over the Mist tours!

We had a great time. Everything went like clockwork. The tour started on time and the tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and shared interesting stories about the history of Niagara Falls, and he told us what to expect along the tour. He was also bilingual and spoke Spanish quite well, which was great for the Spanish speaking attendants like me. I really appreciated it.

Billy was our tour guide for Niagara Falls on the US side. He was very good in sharing the information of Niagara Falls and how it is maintained and history. My husband niece and I did the tour in October so the crowds are smaller especially the one we were on that left at five. Seeing Niagara Falls up close and on the ferry was worth every penny visiting this National park thank you.

Really liked our Guide Ricky or maybe that was the Black squirrels name. He provided good info and kept things moving along. Nice size group , beautiful day and while we got a little wet (as expected) the view was spectacular and the power of this river absolutely amazing from just below the falls, it was a great end for our two week trip through New England.

    • The Maid of the Mist boat ride is not operational during winter months and will be replaced by the Cave of the Winds experience.

    • This tour takes place entirely on the US side and does not include crossing the bridge into Canada.
