The staff made everything easy, smooth, and most importantly – fun! Our tour guide, Alexa, did an incredible job narrating the journey with the perfect balance of humor, insight, and enthusiasm. She kept us fully engaged while providing interesting facts about the river, the rapids, and the surrounding area. Her energy was contagious and made the trip even more enjoyable. Our captain was equally impressive – extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Despite the thrill of the rapids and the powerful force of the water, we felt completely safe and in good hands the entire time. The crew worked seamlessly together, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment while also keeping safety a top priority. The tour itself was exhilarating! The power of the jet boat crashing through the class 5 whitewater rapids is something I’ll never forget. It’s the kind of adventure that leaves you soaked, smiling, and wanting to do it all over again. The experience is great. Once you arrive, you need to fill out a waiver, and then you can use the plastic protection to avoid getting too wet. A good thing is that the lockers are free. Once the ride begins, everything is amazing, but I think it could be improved with more storytelling and jokes to make the experience even better. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the preparation before the activity takes almost the same amount of time as the ride itself. Also, I feel the experience is a bit short.
