We had an amazing time touring Niagara Falls with our guide, Johnny D, who did an incredible job taking us through the Skylon Tower, Journey Behind the Falls, and the boat cruise where of course, we ended up getting completely soaked by the Falls What really made the experience special was Johnny’s knowledge of the history of Niagara Falls. I was there with my wife’s family, who are visiting from Mexico, and they were really curious about the history and significance of the Falls. For some of them, this was a dream come true, and Johnny did a fantastic job making the experience memorable for everyone. He was also extremely patient and understanding with our group, especially since we had some older family members with us and things naturally took a little longer than usual. Johnny never rushed us and still made sure everyone was having a great time. If you’re thinking about doing a Niagara Falls tour, I definitely recommend it and if you can, ask for Johnny D specifically! He’s fun, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly knows a thing or two about the history of the Falls. Plus, he has some great stories along the way. Thanks for an unforgettable day, Johnny!

This was the perfect way to experience all the main attractions we wanted to see at Niagara Falls. We visited the Skylon Tower, then Journey Behind the Falls, and finally enjoyed the boat tour right beneath the falls. Our guide was fantastic—very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He managed everything perfectly and shared lots of interesting facts and stories along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were really happy we booked this experience, as it saved us a lot of time, especially when it came to figuring out where to go and how to get around. The group also gets priority access to Journey Behind the Falls, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended! A fantastic experience and definitely worth booking.

We are so grateful, we went with this company. Our tour guide Julian was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with, engaging and very interactive with the group. The guys at the desk were very helpful for me and my family.When I messed up and we were at the wrong meeting point , they graciously moved our time so that we could still attend the walk behind the falls and the boat ride! They offered us cold water and invited me to stop crying because we were in good hands and they were absolutely right. I would 100% recommend going through this company to explore Niagara Falls Canada!!

Our guide Mateen was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, and was interested in getting to know the guests. He was attentive to the needs of the group. The tour was a lot of fun from the heights of the Skylon tower, the railway, going under the falls, and the boat ride, we didn't miss any of the exciting activities. Seeing the falls up close was breathtaking. Mateen was a great guide and kept the tour flowing. I would highly recommend taking this tour. Oh, and if you are lucky, maybe you'll get Mateen as a guide.

Parminder, our guide, shared interesting information and was incredibly helpful getting us to our destinations. The Skylon Tower view was fantastic, the tunnel behind the falls was powerful and the Hornblower cruise was the high point. I would say the best part beyond having a terrific guide was having all of the tickets paid for and in hand so we didn't have to wait in lines. Thank you!

We spent a week in NY and Canada exploring state parks, Niagara Falls and Toronto. My kids favorite part of the trip was visiting Niagara Falls and taking this tour. It poured the rain down and was lightning but it was still their favorite. My 15th month old grandson never cried once while getting wet. We even had my 76 year old parents with us! What to bring

Footwear and bags: Bring comfortable shoes and a waterproof bag to protect yourself and your belongings from the mist.

Weather gear: Bring weather-appropriate clothing and water, especially for longer or evening tours.

Seasonal cruise note: The Hornblower or Niagara City Cruises operate seasonally and are replaced by other attractions in winter.

Winter substitutions: Winter replacements may include Skylon Tower, Butterfly Conservatory, Niagara Parks Power Station, or Niagara Takes Flight, depending on the tour.

Restrooms: Restroom access is limited, so please use the facilities before your tour begins.

Parking: No parking is available at the tour meeting point. Two main paid lots are available on Niagara Parkway year-round.

Parking Lot A: Parking Lot A is closest to the Falls and is located beside the Power Station.

Parking Lot B: Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Arrival time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour start time, as refunds are not possible for late arrivals or no-shows.

Group size: Small-group tours may have a maximum of 7 guests, while walking and fireworks tours may have up to 22 guests.

Tour locations: All tours operate on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and do not require a passport.

Walking level: Moderate walking is required on guided walking and evening fireworks tours.

Fireworks: Fireworks cruises run only when Niagara fireworks are scheduled and are subject to weather and visibility.

Helicopter upgrade: A 10-minute helicopter flight may be available on select small-group tours for an extra fee.

From Toronto tours: Day trips from Toronto last about 9 hours and return between 4:30pm and 5pm, depending on traffic.

Tip for nature lovers: Nature lovers, stay alert, as you might spot peregrine falcons nesting on the cliffs at incredible diving speeds.
