Our tour guide, Gladys, did a fantastic job of sharing her knowledge of Niagara. Due to the season, we weren't able to do the cruise but it was substituted for Niagara takes Flight and I would highly recommend. This was an experience we will never forget and we "flew" through Niagara and the surrounding area and seen the beauty of it all. Great tour and would do it again!

Our tour guide, Kevin, was awesome! He knows so much about the area and its history, which made the tour very memorable. We also appreciated that he had photos to illustrate much of the history of the falls. Our boat trip was delayed because of weather, but the tour group re-organized the itinerary so we still got the full experience. Kevin also recommended a pinball arcade for a later part of our anniversary trip, which was a great experience too! Highly recommend the tour and Kevin in particular

Rob was the best tour guide on our winter wonderland day at niagra falls (early November). He provided so much information as he grew up there. The tour itself was wonderful - don't miss the boat ride! As I travelled in early November, there were basically no other tourists there and we could snap photos anywhere and everywhere. The look from behind the waterfall was quite impressive as well. Hard to describe, you have to experience it. Would recommend again, 10/10!

The Journey Behind the Falls was incredible — standing so close and feeling the power of the water was unforgettable. The Guide Rosina was excellent. The explanations she gave were clear, she had good knowledge of her subject and answered our questions with tips to help the rest of our day. The experience provided all that was expected as described when purchased. Many ways to see and experience the falls. Would Highly recommend. I would FAULT the out of date instructions that were sent out about ticket offices - not needed at all. At meeting point wasn't well described.

Our guide, Kingsley, was an absolute delight, brimming with fascinating details about the Falls. He met us at the Starbucks located at the base of the Skylon Tower where you'll learn about the daring individuals who have attempted to cross the falls and witness the various vehicles they used beyond the barrels, including kayaks and a massive steel ball. Then we took a beautiful walk until we got to the Journey Behind The Falls. Walking behind and right up against the Falls is an unforgettable experience! The only other attraction that comes close to this is the Cruise that takes you into the heart of the Horseshoe Falls. I’m thrilled that I had the chance to experience both attractions because they allow you to truly immerse yourself in the falls at your own pace. In this experience, you’ll get much closer to the Falls, hearing the thunderous roar and feeling the water spray against you. Niagara City Cruises offers an exhilarating experience that goes beyond imagination. There’s simply no comparison to witnessing the Falls from any other vantage point. While we’ve had other amazing views, this immersive experience is truly beyond words. My wife was in awe, and my son and I were incredibly excited. To secure the best spot on the boat, head to the bottom front right corner. Be sure to wear the protective gear, as you’ll be entering the heart of the Horseshoe Falls. It may appear like a heavy mist, but it’s like stepping into a rainstorm as you approach the Falls. You might want to bring a second change of clothes, as we were thoroughly soaked! Despite the wetness, I would do it all over again. It was an unforgettable experience!

Restroom access is limited, so ensure you use the facilities before the tour begins.

No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.

Parking Lot A is the closest to the Falls and is located right next to the Power Station.

Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

Tip: Nature lovers, stay alert! You might catch a glimpse of a peregrine falcon nesting on the cliffs—these majestic birds dive at speeds over 200 mph!
