I had an amazing time exploring Niagara Falls through the guided tour! Everything was well-organized and made the whole experience stress-free. The Journey Behind the Falls was incredible — standing so close and feeling the power of the water was unforgettable. The Hornblower boat ride was definitely a highlight, getting right up near the Horseshoe Falls with the mist surrounding us. The views were breathtaking from every angle, and our guide shared so many fun facts and history that made me appreciate the Falls even more. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see Niagara Falls in the best way possible!

Clear directions, on time, great people. Phil was awsome. Nice historic notes, very engaging. His experience helped a ton making the experience special. The only thing I would have avoided is the last part, "behind the falls" part that you go in a little tunnel. I would have happily sat with Phil hearing some more stories than spending time in the long line there. I suggest that you offer an alternative to that last part. All in all, This tour overall was absolutely worth it!!

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, fun, and patient. The tour was the perfect combination of Niagara attractions and in a great order to build anticipation. The view from the Dkylon, the walk behind the falls and finally the boat ride. We had an amazing time, everything flowed smoothly, I didn't have to worry about tickets or logistics and could just enjoy. Fantastic experience.

Restroom access is limited, so ensure you use the facilities before the tour begins.

No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.

Parking Lot A is the closest to the Falls and is located right next to the Power Station.

Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

Tip: Nature lovers, stay alert! You might catch a glimpse of a peregrine falcon nesting on the cliffs—these majestic birds dive at speeds over 200 mph!
