Highly recommended experience! The hotel pick up was great-one less thing to worry about. Toni, the guide, was brilliant in his explanations and information about both the caves and the surrounding area: I found out why there's a museum dedicated to Nadal! The caves are beautiful and the atmosphere created by the live music is very evocative! If it lasted a bit more, it would be even better!

The caves were beautiful and the experience was lovely but it was an attraction that is incredibly overbooked. It was immensely crowded and the staff at the venue had trouble controlling the crowd during the concert portion which was unfortunate. It's a short concert which is spoiled by the rudeness of a huge crowd that can abide by simple rules of being respectfully quiet and not using phones during the concert. Getting everyone seated and in line for the boats was chaos that we just chose to skip the boat ride. Smaller crowds would do wonders to make this experience better for the tourists and the staff who tried so hard but were over matched by the crowd.
