The Main Entrance is located at the front of the park, accessed directly from the main car park off Autovía Palma–Arenal exit 13. This is the only public entrance for all visitors, including those arriving by car, taxi, coach, or on foot. The approach from the car park is flat, making it generally accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, though detailed step-free route information is not officially published. All ticket scanning and security checks take place here, and there are no alternative public gates for regular guests.

A great little park. Since we were there outside of the school holidays, the park wasn’t crowded, so we were able to take our time exploring everything. The absolute highlight was, of course, the dolphin show. You can tell the staff really put their hearts into it. 😊 We had a wonderful afternoon, and I highly recommend it.

It was a really nice ride along the boardwalk, by the sea. The cars do have very stiff suspension, though. But we still had a lot of fun on the ride.

We were there in August, and the lines weren't too bad. You didn't have to wait as long for the yellow slide. Later in the afternoon, the other slides were also less crowded. They should get rid of the Fast Passes because they quickly reduce the value of the experience for everyone else (who pays full price). It’s a total rip-off.
