From the first hall, where dinosaurs rise like ancient whispers from the earth, you are no longer walking, but drifting—carried on a river of wonder through stone and bloom. Each exhibit is a lantern, lighting your way with stories from the origin of times told in colors and bones, in shapes so clear even a child’s eyes will spark with understanding. And then, there she was: Lucy, her fragile bones cradled in glass, a ghost of our beginning. I stood before her and felt the weight of millennia press gently against my ribs—until the tears came, unplanned. To stand so close to the echo of our first steps is to touch the pulse of time itself.

Overall the museum is incredible! The dinosaur skeleton collection is impressive and everything is laid out really well. My kids especially loved the interactive triceratops exhibit! The only suggestion I have is to let people know in advance (in their confirmation email, sign in parking lot, etc) to not bring water bottles and snacks. All families with young kids had to leave it at security. Also, the attendants at the World Exhibit were a little rude about the kids not touching anything. If this exhibit is intended for all people of all ages, put up a barrier and signs saying "no touching" instead of having people follow you around and snapping at you. My daughter was pointing to something, not reaching for it and someone snapped at her.

Visiting the Abu Dhabi National Aquarium was such a refreshing experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re pulled into a beautiful underwater world that feels both educational and magical. The aquarium is spacious, well-organized, and incredibly clean, making it enjoyable even when it’s busy. Each zone is thoughtfully designed, and the variety of marine life—from colorful reef fish to majestic sharks—is truly impressive. What stood out most was how informative yet engaging everything was; you don’t just look at the animals, you actually learn their stories. It’s a perfect place for families, couples, or even solo visitors who want a peaceful and fascinating escape. Definitely one of Abu Dhabi’s must-visit attractions.

The experience was exciting. Thanks Headout! Yas waterworld is the most fun place for children and adults! Kindly recommend to visit, staff are friendly, food is good, we took a cabana with towels, sunbeds, water for 390 AED, it was comfortable. National aquarium is also nice, be attentive waterworld is different, I didn't know that and firstly we went to waterworld, I thought it's the same place)) we came there after 6 pm and there were few people. After visiting the aquarium you can walk in Al Qana, there are lots of restaurants for having a dinner. Also you can visit the butterfly garden.

Entry was was fast without waiting. The circuit was well organised, from the beginning of the univers to the future. I regret only that in the actual world room the labels were absent. Difficult for novices to identified the znimals or plants. In the shop I expected to see more book in exemple concerning the animals and plants in uae at least. the global feeling was good. It was a pleasant visite (around 3h).
