Located at 100 Loewen Road within the Dempsey Hill area, the Main Entrance is easily identified by its bright pink signage and playful exterior. This entrance is fully wheelchair and stroller accessible, with step-free access and wide doors. All visitors, including those with mobility needs, can enter comfortably. Present your e-ticket and a valid ID at the check-in counter just inside the entrance. For those arriving by car or taxi, the entrance is directly accessible from the main parking area and drop-off point.
Regular Hours: Open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm, with last entry at 5:00pm.
Evening Sessions: Select evening sessions are available on Fridays and Saturdays, typically from 6:30pm to 9:30pm (check official calendar for availability).
Last Entry: Final admission is 1 hour before closing time.
