The Louvre was wonderful. The admission process was quite a hassle. We arrived an hour before our scheduled time and didn't get into the Louvre until an hour after our time slot. That wasn't very pleasant. Otherwise, the Louvre is definitely worth seeing.

Last week

It was a great visit, though—the audio guide costs extra! And the guidebook is included with the ticket. Once we got there, the person at the audio guide desk told us they couldn’t provide the equipment and that we should contact the booking company. That was the only disappointment... Otherwise, no problems: we received the ticket just fine. We had a little trouble opening the PDF, but that was easily resolved.

I accidentally rated this 3 stars. It was very difficult to download the tickets. I couldn't access the audio guide. It's worth no more than 1 star. Is it possible to get a refund for the audio guide? Thank you for your feedback.
