About Arakurayama Sengen Park

• Get off the bus near Shimoyoshida Station, and walk for about 10 minutes to the entrance of Arakurayama Sengen Park.
• From the park entrance, climb the 397 steps to the five-story pagoda. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the peak. Those who have trouble walking can view Mt. Fuji from the park entrance, but will not be able to see the scene of Mt. Fuji and the five-story pagoda together.

Strawberry Picking

• Large bags are not allowed in the fruit picking area. All-you-can-eat applies only to the fruit picking location. Fruit cannot be taken home with you so please consume it during the allotted time.
• If fruits are not ripe for picking due to weather conditions, the tour may be canceled. Depending on the weather, the group may only have all-you-can-eat fruit activity instead.
• Infants aged 3-5 require an admission fee for the strawberry farm (Apr. 1-10: JPY 880; Apr. 11-20: JPY 660). Please pay in cash before entering the strawberry farm. (This admission fee is not required if tour bookings for 3- 5-year-old children are made using the child rate.)
• The strawberry farm admission fee for infants aged 0-2 is free.

Things to Note

• If the flowers cannot be viewed due to blooming conditions or the playing in the snow activity is gets interrupted due to snow conditions 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour may be canceled. Please inform the operator about your accommodation and contact details for the day prior to the tour. If the tour is canceled, you will be notified, and you may reschedule or get full refunds.
• The blooming conditions of flowers depend on the type of flower, weather, etc., and the peak viewing period may vary for each. The tour will proceed even if only some locations have flowers in bloom.
• If tour operation is confirmed but a customer cancels due to personal circumstances, the standard cancellation fees will apply. If the cherry blossoms are not in bloom, the tour will be guided to peach blossom viewing at Misaka Togenkyo Park or another sightseeing location.
• The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road and traffic conditions. In such cases, the amount of time spent at each location may be shortened. However, this will not be accepted as a reason for refunds.
• Seats are already assigned on the bus. Seating requests will not be entertained.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the bus.
