The guide was not rude or unpleasant, but I was unconfortable about all the negative things he said about Japan, the downsides which he talked a lot about, much more than the pleasant things. I did not mind because I have my own experience living in Japan for 13 years, 10 years ago, but I did not think it was appropriate for a tourist guide (I am a tourist guide myself in France), to tell such things to tourists, because he should promote a nice image of Japan, that is his job. I did not want to say this, and to give a bad comment about Josh, because he is young and new in this industry, but you are sending me your requests for rating all the time. So, being back at work myself, I think you should tell him for his own interest and your company's, that it's his job to give a good image to tourists and foreigners of the country he is living in and making a livelyhood!

The onsen hot spring experience. Only reason the experience was good and not awesome was because of the weather. We couldn't actually see Mt fuji so it's nothing against the trip itself. The guide was entertaining, conversive and engaging. If given the chance we would take this trip again and hope for better weather. Thankyou

Got to see Mount Fuji in it's brilliance. The tour guide David was amazing, funny & informative. The bus was very comfortable. A big thanks to the driver swinging that bus around in such tight places. A great day.

Way too fast at the Mt Fuji locations. Too much time allocated to the gotemba/onsen stop which would be better spent at the mt fuji locations in the morning when the iew was optimal.

Itinerary

8am: Pick-up from JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit
8:30am: Pick-up from Shinjuku Station
10:30am: Mt. Fuji 5ht station (April 26 to Nov 30) or Arakurayama Sengen Park (Dec 1 to Apr 25)
12pm: Oshino Hakkai
2pm: Gotemba Premium Outlets or Japanese Onsen
5pm: Drop-off (Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station)

Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions, and other reasons.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult passenger throughout the journey.
Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1st to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji.
You can get off either Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station
The tour guide is holding a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Also, there is a sticker of "Gogoday" in the vehicle.
