    • Pack a light jacket or shawl, as the indoor venue can feel cool even in summer evenings.

    • Carry a small amount of cash if you are not a VIP ticket holder, because the cloakroom fee for non-VIP guests is €1.

    What’s not allowed

    • Photography or video recording of the performance is strictly prohibited.

    • Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside the concert venue; refreshments are available in the concert bar.

    • While there is no strict dress code enforcement, sportswear, trainers, and overly casual attire are discouraged. Opt for smart casual or semi-formal attire.

    Accessibility

    • The Orangery Schönbrunn offers full wheelchair accessibility, including ramps, barrier-free facilities, and accessible toilets.

    • Sign-language guides and other special accommodations are available on request.

    Additional information

    • Collect your tickets from 10am to 5:15pm at the reservation office of the Orangery Schönbrunn.

    • Arrive by 5:15pm at the main entrance of Schönbrunn Palace to check in and join the group for the dinner and concert experience.

    • The concert normally begins at 8:30pm and lasts approximately 105 minutes, including an intermission.

    • On selected dates, the concert may take place in the Great Gallery or the White-Gold Room directly in the Palace (or in the Palace Theatre).

    • Dinner is served at one of the chosen restaurants, Restaurant Gerstner Schönbrunn (on the palace grounds) or Restaurant Tafelspitz.

    • Book your tickets at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially for the busy months of May to September and in December, since concerts often sell out.

    • During intermission, stop by the bar for refreshments or stroll through the Orangery Garden when open in warmer months.

    • Parking is available directly in front of the Orangery until midnight for an additional fee.

    • Cloakroom service is free for VIP ticket holders; all other guests pay €1.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

    • Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
