The concert is usually held in the historic Orangery Schönbrunn, located to the left of the grand entrance, once used by the imperial court for grand banquets and performances. On certain dates, the concert may be moved to other prestigious locations within Schönbrunn Palace.

You can collect your concert tickets in person at the Orangery from 10am to 6:30pm, or later from 7pm to 8:30pm at the box office of the evening’s concert venue.

The performance begins at 8:30pm and lasts approximately 105 minutes, including an intermission.

During the intermission, guests are welcome to visit the bar for refreshments or stroll through the Orangery Garden when it is open during the warmer months.

Parking is available directly in front of the Orangery until midnight for an additional fee.

Cloakroom service is free for VIP ticket holders; all other guests need to pay a €1 fee.
