    • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking on the cobblestone roads, and to carry warm clothing in the winter.

    What's not allowed

    • Access to the Abbey is not allowed with suitcases or large hiking bags. Small bags (smaller than cabin size) are accepted.

    • Carrier bags, knives, and scooters are not allowed on this experience.

    Accessibility

    • The experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

    • The site is challenging for visitors with reduced mobility, but assistance devices and adapted tour options are available. However, some areas may still be difficult to access despite these accommodations.

    • Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the monument. Other pets are not allowed.

    • The audio guide covers the island and exterior; only entry to the Abbey is included with your ticket for further exploration.

    • The last admission to the Abbey is 1 hour before closing time (7pm from May to August and 6pm from September to April).
