What's not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Items such as glass bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.

Children above 140cm are restricted from entering the park.

Children above 40kg are not allowed on the attractions.

Pets are not allowed except for service animals with valid identification.

Accessibility

Service animals with valid identification for accessibility needs are allowed within the venue.

Additional information

Grip socks are mandatory for all children to ensure safety during play.

One supervising adult is required for every two children from the same family.

Guardians must be at least 18 years old to supervise children.

The park is open to children between 1 month to 12 years.

Guardian tickets can only be purchased alongside a child’s ticket.
