• Drones or remote-controlled devices

• E-scooters, hoverboards, or other battery-operated rideables

• Running, pushing, climbing, or rough play inside the attraction

• Photography and videography in restrooms, changing areas, and marked restricted zones

Accessibility

• Strollers and wheelchairs may have limited access due to narrow indoor pathways

Additional information

• Each ticket includes an NFC-enabled badge required for all interactive activities; wear or carry it throughout your visit

• One-time entry on the selected date; online redemptions are final with no refunds or exchanges

• Children under 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times

• Cashless facility; major cards and select e-wallets accepted

• Last admission at 8:30 PM

• Return all NFC badges or devices upon exit

• Weekday tickets are not valid on weekends and vice versa

• Temporary technical interruptions may occur; zones may close for maintenance, calibration, or safety without refunds

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
