What to expect

Jameson Distillery Midleton – Redbreast Birdhouse tasting room

This experience focuses on the Redbreast Family spirits inside the Redbreast Birdhouse tasting room at Jameson Distillery Midleton. Over 60 minutes, your Redbreast Brand Ambassador leads a structured session that moves from guided tasting to a closing tasting in the distillery bar.

Features

• A Redbreast Brand Ambassador leads a fully guided tasting, sharing structured insights as you move through the Redbreast Family Collection. With the group limited to 16 participants, there is space to follow the explanation at each stage.
• Taste four award-winning spirits from the Redbreast Family spirits, comparing how each expression differs in character. The tutored format helps you link what you are sampling to specific production and maturation choices.
• A fully tutored tasting on aroma, taste, and finish shows you how to assess each pour step by step. The Brand Ambassador talks you through nosing, sipping, and observing the finish so you can apply the same approach in future tastings.
• Access to the Redbreast Birdhouse tasting room is included as part of this session, providing a dedicated setting for the comparative tasting. Afterward, the experience ends with a Redbreast Old Fashioned tasting served in the distillery bar.
