Mary Valley Rattler Steam Train Tickets

All staff so friendly and helpful. The train and infrastructure was so impressive. The running commentary was the best. A lovely breakfast onsite before we started. Easy parking. We were sorry when it finished.

Lovely trip in the countryside. Brought back memories of travelling in steam trains when young. Very friendly helpful staff.

Ticketing was a simple and user friendly process. Everyone on the day was welcoming and friendly. It was a smooth journey with interesting information plus we were delighted with the volunteers and entertainment at the destinations. My only negative comment would be that the announcements and PA info whilst travelling was not well rehearsed and came across disjointed. Overall a very pleasant experience and I have already recommended it to others.

Booking tickets online was easy as. Felt like a kid again on the steam train with the smell and the choo choo whistle :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:. Very informative from the newby commentator, he did a great job and was funny with it. Overall it was a great experience :+1:

The historic train, the scenery is excellent. The stop at Amamoor was more than sufficient for a break and a coffee. The staff/volunteers were brilliant and extremely knowledgeable.

Booking on online was very easy and I received emails with confirmation, information on the event and a reminder email. Staff were very friendly and waved us off at the station. The trip through Mary Valley was relaxing, even with the bumps and swaying from the train :) The stop at Amamoor was long enough to enjoy a cool drink, look at the couple of stalls and watch the train being turned around. We had Pete in our carriage and he was happy to chat. Angel took our lunch order and she was lovley. We enjoyed the scenery and our Mary Valley Rattler experience.

Good experience and hardworking volunteers enjoyed the trip. Disappointed with the Station Cafe service, they took so long too do anything. Food and Coffee was good though.

We actually didn't make it as my son as unwell. I was told we would get a voucher to use to book again but didn't receive it . However I am not unhappy because I know thay if cancel less than 24 hours before the time you lose your money so I expected that . It was just such a pity my son got sick that day
