We loved the sheer natural wonder of this gigantic cave. The guide was friendly and had a strong voice so we could all hear. He helped us understand how the cave was formed, named the different formations, told us about its discovery and history, allowed enough time for photos, warned us kindly when to be careful either of the cave formations or of our heads when we had to duck a little, gently kept the little ones among us in voice control. All of it enabled us to have a substantial familiarity with the surroundings in the cave, beyond the pure awe we felt at the sights.

Jewel Cave is one of those rare places that leaves you speechless the moment you step inside. Its vast chambers, glowing formations, and delicate crystal details make it feel like a hidden world carved slowly by time. The stalactites, thin crystal straws, and flowing calcite sheets look almost unreal; like nature’s own artwork. What truly made our visit unforgettable was the tour guide. She didn’t just explain the cave, she connected with us. She spoke to my son with such kindness and patience, answering every one of his questions, even the curious ones that only kids can come up with. Her enthusiasm made him feel included and encouraged his curiosity, turning the tour into a moment he’ll remember. The cave is beautifully preserved, peaceful, and full of wonder. Walking through it feels like stepping into another world, and leaving it feels like waking from a dream. If you’re visiting the Margaret River region, Jewel Cave is absolutely a must‑see.

Was a beautiful tour. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and engaging. My 11 year old grandson rated it 9.5 out of 10. I was knackered climbing back up but nobody pushed me to go faster than I was able to climb up

the tour was awesome, the guide was very knowledgable with too many highlights to mention. The cafe had a beautiful outlook on the surrounding bush & fire were perfect for a winters day.

A wonderful exploration of three chambers. The story telling of the guide, Gary, was excellent, highlighting the history of the cave and early explorations. Lots of steps, but well lit.
