Main entrance (Brama Główna)
Located at the castle’s western side, adjacent to the modern Visitor Center on Starościńska Street. This is the primary entrance for all ticketed visitors, including those with pre-booked tickets and group tours. The entrance is step-free up to the ticket office and audio guide collection point. Wheelchair users can access the Outer Ward and some ground-level areas, but note that many historic interiors require navigating stairs and uneven surfaces.
Outer Ward Gate (Brama Przedzamcza)
Found at the northwestern edge of the castle complex, this gate provides direct access to the Outer Ward (Przedzamcze) and is used for the Castle Grounds Route and free admission Mondays. The path is mostly flat and suitable for strollers and wheelchairs, though access to interior rooms is limited from here.
Karwan Armory entrance
Located near the Karwan building on the castle’s southern side, this entrance is occasionally used for special events, night tours, or group bookings. It is not always open for general admission. Accessibility is limited due to cobblestone paths and steps.

Multilingual audio guides are included with standard admission and available in several languages at the entrance.
