My family and I enjoyed the trip to Petronas Twin Tower. Staff were polite and the place was clean. Everything was done in good order except one thing please make everyone have a coloured sticker. I saw one tourist declined to have it and the staff was ok with it. The sticker was meant to make sure nobody stay longer and need to leave accordingly when their colour code was called out.

The organization of the Petronas Towers team is very good. The QR code from the ticket was scanned without any problems. We had a short wait at check-in. We had plenty of time on the Skybridge and on the 86th floor to enjoy the sublime moments and the view. It was a gigantic experience.

The experience was super simple and made the visit to the Petronas Towers so pleasurable. We were in a small group which led to plenty of ample room to explore the skybridge and take ample pictures as well as the top floor where there as a 360 degree veiw of the entire city. 5 Stars!

Got on HOHO at KL towers, the guide seemed so uninterested and throughout the city tour there was no audio guide. Only the garden tour the guide was very helpful and would give detailed explanation.
