Everything was great. Ticket buying was simple and efficient, especially without paper tickets. Embarkation was quick; on other similar tours, embarkation has been uncomfortable and lengthy. The food was superb; much above exoection from similar cruises and the service was excellent, being attentive, prompt and very friendly. Topping up glasses was great. One of our best ever experiences and we will do it again on our next visit to Paris

We had a very pleasant lunch cruise. Friendly staff, good food, and great value for money. Everything worked very smoothly from buying the ticket to being on board. We had a window seat on one side of the boat. Since the boat turns around during the trip, you get to see both sides of the canal. We had a really warm day (37 degrees) and the AC onboard worked very well. Very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Food and table service was impeccable and dining room nicely appointed. Good explanation of the sights as we passed them. Only downside is inadequate AC in the waiting area and the fact that we had to wait like cattle in there for boarding sweating away having been requested to come half an hour early. Very uncomfortable. Puts a downer on the trip before it starts
