From the moment we arrived at the starting stop, which was easy to find, the driver warmly welcomed us and showed us where the headphones and brochure were—which, by the way, was very clear and informative. Even though it was cold and windy, my daughter and I went up to the top deck; the stairs felt safe and the seats were comfortable. We plugged in our headphones and easily selected our language. Once the ride started, it was simply wonderful! The driver drove very well and took his time so we could take in the most iconic sights. The audio commentary was great and entertaining. The tour lasted a little over 2 hours, definitely made the experience stand out, and was completely worth it.

Unfortunately we couldn't meet with your representative due to them having transportation issues. We were offered a partial refund but are still waiting for this. Louvre however did not disappoint. An amazing museum and we just wish we had more time.

Orr interaction with our guide was great and our Louve experience was excellent. We met our guide at the scheduled meeting location near the glass pyramid. She was an excellent host and communicator. She walked us to the gate where we would enter the Louvre. During our walk from the meeting point to the Louvre entrance, she provided a brief overview of the Louvre museum. She provided us with our tickets and recommended that we only tour a portion of the Louvre since it typically takes several days to complete a full tour of the Louvre.

A few hours before our appointment, our guide Pépé sent a WhatsApp message to check if our cell phone number was correct and to clarify the meeting point. He also forwarded the PDFs of our tickets. As scheduled, he spent an hour explaining the various buildings of the Louvre and the surrounding gardens and structures. His explanations were peppered with funny anecdotes, making it not only interesting but also fun to follow along. This was true even for our kids, ages 13 and 11.
