I was not able to get my family in to the louvre without Headout's support. We did a day trip to Paris and my girl - who is just learning about Mona Lisa - shared it was her number one thing to see. The tour took us to all the famous sights and landmarks in Paris, as well as some places I hadn’t seen before. Another new discovery for me was just how green Paris is. I live in Berlin and used to think that Paris couldn’t compete with Berlin when it comes to green spaces. It’s a beautiful city with friendly, laid-back people. I’d love to come back.

The drivers were so helpful. Running late for my visit to the La'orangerie the driver told me to get back on the bus and dropped me 100mtrs from the door even though it was not an official stop. That is the best kind of service that makes me recommend a company to my friends

I think it’s a real shame that the electronic guide was only available in English, especially since AI makes it very easy to provide translations into German or other languages. The tickets weren’t available 24 hours in advance, so it was no longer possible to print them out. The link to the e-ticket wasn’t available at check-in. The Louvre Wi-Fi wasn’t available at check-in either. Only after leaving the check-in area was the Louvre Wi-Fi accessible and the tickets available. That’s not what I call professionalism!

See the Louvre on a timed slot, then use the hop-on hop-off bus to cover more of Paris with less backtracking.
