I highly recommend booking your tickets online in advance—it saved us a lot of time! Even though the museum is huge and can seem a bit overwhelming, the layout is well-organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. ​Set aside at least half a day to explore it, wear comfortable shoes, and enjoy all the magic the place has to offer. An absolute must-see in Paris.

Thanks to the tour bus, we were able to show the two teenagers most of the sights and monuments in downtown Paris. It was an excellent choice and a great value.

The tour itself was fantastic; everything was perfectly organized and executed. Keep up the great work! Buying the tickets, on the other hand, was a hassle (downloading the app, then transferring the tickets to the app) and confusing. That’s because you couldn’t board the bus with the ticket on the app (including the QR code); instead, you first had to purchase another ticket (voucher) at the ticket office. Only with that ticket could you board the bus. I also had to wait in a long line for this ticket, and the staff at the ticket office were unfriendly and annoyed.

In terms of facilities, accessibility made maneuvering with a wheelchair seamless. The cool comfortable atmosphere onboard was a welcome reprieve from the heat during the midst of a heat wave. The narration was clear and gave helpful insights on each site. Most of all the sites along the tour were amazing. I would most definitely recommend that anyone visiting Paris takes this tour. It is one of the best ways to explore Paris.
