We were very excited to visit, and prepared for a long wait... Fortunetley even during an autumn vacation entrance was super fast, no wait just stright ahead. It's hard to descrive the magic of the park in a short sentance. The Diseny castle is magnificent, the main street with the magical shops and looks, we liked almost everithing, but definetley "Big Thunder Mountain" made our day, it was last of the atraction we visited, it took 75min to get in there, the kid was desperate at the end, but it worth it, was super fun !

Magnificent parks. A bit disappointed to see my grandchildren crying because on the first day, after waiting in line for 55 minutes, we had to turn back at the Spider-Man ride because it broke down. The second day was the same for the haunted castle. And there was no compensation, not even a fast pass ticket.

Guide was exactly where we were to meet and it was a prominent spot close to the entrance. Not sure but would have liked them to take us into the ecact tower but we worked it out no problem. Thanks for a great experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting the Eiffel Tower was an absolute highlight of our trip to Paris and an altogether unforgettable experience! The booking process was already super simple, seamless, and exceptionally well organized. Meeting up at the agreed meeting point also went completely smoothly, so we felt well taken care of right from the start. Our guide deserves a very special shout-out! He was incredibly friendly, warm, and humorous. With his easygoing, fun personality, he immediately put everyone in a great mood. At the same time, the tour was extremely informative and exciting. We learned plenty of interesting facts and stories about the Eiffel Tower and Paris, which made the visit even more special. You could genuinely tell how much joy and passion he puts into his work! The reserved access with the elevator was also very convenient. Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view across all of Paris. From the hassle-free booking to the flawless organization, the fantastic guide, and the stunning view, everything was simply spot-on! A wonderful experience that will stay with us for a long time. Highly recommended! We would book again anytime! ❤️

The directions given by Headout to get into the Chateau of Versailles were clear. The difficult part was trying to work out which direction to walk from Versailles Rive Gauche RER station as arrows pointed in both directions. Basically turn right out of the station, walk until the next big junction and look left for the golden gates, about 10 mins walk. The audio guide led us around the Palace well, and there were clear instructions how to get to the next point. Best of all the audio guide paused until we got to the correct spot (other guides I have used in the past got very confusing). An audio or physical guide is definitely required, as there is little information in each room. The tour concentrated on the grandeur of Versailles, but it would have been interesting to hear more of the actual experience of living or working there.

OMG.. this was the most amazing thing I have seen.. it was amazing. the dancers, the colours the entertainment was next level. The experience of purchasing through Headout made everything so easy especially when I haven't travelled overseas in mearly 20 years and that was before the internet and online purchasing was even a thing.. The tickets arrived on our phones in good time. Admission went according to schedule and was well-organized. The guided tour was good, but unfortunately we wanted to see more. Either the indoor tour wasn't quite right, or you have to pay extra for all the rooms. Unfortunately, the carriage hall was closed, even though it was supposed to be open. The park is very vast. Visiting Madame Antoinette isn't strictly necessary; it felt more like an exhibition of the movie starring Kirsten Dunst. Still, well worth the trip!!!

Most magical place to go... Family friendly, plenty of rides, merchandise for everyone and plenty of food outlets. Easy access via Metro. I want to come back again. Recommend watching the Animation live shows.. And the Arrendale area there is a live show performance by Elsa Anna and Olaf on ship by the water. And of course lots of bubbles everywhere. Fantastic atmosphere

We loved Versailles, from the gardens that go on forever, to the opulence of the palace! We walked over 7 miles that day, and were in awe with every room we entered in the palace, to the fountains in the gardens! It's difficult to explain the experience with someone who has never been there. The town was very charming too!

One of the most memorable experiences, I can't say anything negative about this. Ticketing was easy, just show up 15 mins prior to your entry time. Lots to see rich in culture, art and history.. highly recommended. Be prepared to walk a fair bit though, the palace is huge!
